Automated trading systems, including those operated by or through Stratagium, are subject to risks specific to algorithmic execution, including but not limited to: software failures, data feed disruptions, broker connectivity issues, execution delays, and adverse market conditions that fall outside the parameters the system was designed for. No automated system can guarantee profitable operation.

3. Past Performance

Past performance of any trading system, strategy, or algorithm, including any backtested or simulated results presented by Stratagium, is not indicative of future performance. Backtested results are produced by applying a strategy to historical data after the fact and do not represent actual trading results. Actual results will differ from backtested results.

4. No Financial Advice

Stratagium is a technology and software platform only. Nothing on this website, in the user dashboard, in any email communication, Discord message, blog post, performance page, or any other material from Stratagium constitutes financial product advice, investment advice, personal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

Stratagium is an AI software company that develops and licenses algorithmic trading bot software. Stratagium does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or equivalent licence in any jurisdiction. It is not a broker, fund manager, investment adviser, or financial services provider. Stratagium does not manage, hold, or have access to withdraw client funds. All trading is executed through third-party regulated brokers (such as OANDA, IG Markets, CMC Markets, Interactive Brokers, or others) under the user's own broker account and credentials. Users subscribe to Stratagium's software service and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform and their broker complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

6. CFD-Specific Risks

Contracts for Difference (CFDs) are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Between 60-80% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. A small market movement can result in a proportionally much larger loss or gain.

7. No Guarantees

Stratagium makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the profitability or performance of any trading strategy, algorithm, or bot operated through the platform. All trading involves risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Walk-forward validation and backtest results do not guarantee future profitability. Market conditions change and past edge may not persist.

By using Stratagium, you acknowledge that: (a) you understand the risks described in this disclosure; (b) you have considered whether automated trading is appropriate for your financial situation; (c) you accept full responsibility for any trading losses incurred through the use of the platform; (d) you will not invest money you cannot afford to lose; and (e) you have not relied on any information from Stratagium as personal financial advice.
